ECHO Parent Code of Conduct Agreement
As a member of ECHO Learning Cooperative, I understand that ECHO is a parent-present, participation-based cooperative. I agree to:

Remain onsite and actively attentive to my child at all times.

Promptly intervene when my child requires redirection or behavioral support.

Support and uphold ECHO policies and leadership decisions.

Communicate respectfully and directly with members and leadership.

Fulfill my cooperative role responsibilities in a timely and reliable manner (class families).

Treat meeting spaces and venues with care.

Model respectful, responsible, and safe behavior for all children.

Address concerns through the established Conflict Resolution process.
I understand that failure to actively supervise or support my child’s behavior may result in corrective action, including removal from an activity, suspension, or dismissal from the cooperative.
I understand that the following conduct may result in disciplinary action or dismissal:

Theft or destruction of property

Physical aggression or threats

Bullying, harassment, or discrimination

Yelling at, humiliating, or physically disciplining any child

Bringing weapons to any ECHO event
-
Repeated failure to fulfill cooperative responsibilities
Participation in ECHO is a shared commitment, and maintaining these standards protects the safety and integrity of our community.
I understand that participation in ECHO is a privilege and requires adherence to these standards.
